Shipping methods

Through the global carriers below, yuiga-dokson.com delivers parcels worldwide. All orders will be processed within 1 business day. However, delays may occur if there are too many orders or if stock is low. Your order will be charged to your credit card when it is placed. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled and the shipping address cannot be changed, so please be sure to enter the correct address when you make your purchase. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or lockers. If you cannot be home to accept the delivery, please contact the delivery company to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Shipping regions and costs

Currently, yuiga-dokson.com provides worldwide shipping to all countries and territories, with the exceptions of Cuba, the Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. The price of our products includes postage as a flat-rate charge. Please remember that you might have to pay import fees/charges and sales taxes when you receive your order. This depends entirely on the destination country; therefore, it is beyond the control of yuiga-dokson.com. All additional fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the client and are not refundable by yuiga-dokson.com.

Delivery times

We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, and other circumstances beyond yuiga-dokson.com’s control. Once a package has been shipped, its arrival time will vary according to its destination.

 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

European Union: Approximately 10–15 business days;

Other countries: Approximately 15–20 business days.

Returns

Please note that all the items on yuiga-dokson.com are neither refundable nor exchangeable. However, if the shipped items are different from the ones you ordered or heavily damaged, send photos of the items, as well as providing your name, address, and order reference number, via email to info@yuiga-dokson.com as soon as possible. We will then send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Every effort is made to display the colours of the products on yuiga-dokson.com as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices are different, we cannot guarantee that the colours on your monitor will accurately reflect the actual product colours.
